JerkmateChat Community Guidelines
One rule sits underneath all the others: the person on the other side of the camera is a person. Everything below follows from that.
These guidelines apply everywhere on JerkmateChat — every random match, every conversation, every profile interaction. They exist so that a cam to cam chat with a stranger stays what it should be: fun, relaxed and respectful by default.
The Basics: Respect, Consent, No Harassment
Both people in a chat control whether and how it continues. That's not a courtesy here — it's the rule.
- Treat people with respect, including when you're not interested — Next exists for that
- A no is a complete answer. Don't negotiate with it, repeat the request, or punish it
- No harassment, abuse, or degrading someone for how they look or where they're from
- Don't pressure anyone to turn on a camera, share contact details, or do anything they declined
- Ending a chat, skipping with Next or keeping your camera off are all normal — nobody owes an explanation
What's Strictly Prohibited
Some lines are not negotiable. Crossing them is the fastest way to lose an account:
- Minors. JerkmateChat is an adults-only community. Any use by underage persons is prohibited, and suspected underage use should be reported immediately — the eligibility rules in the Terms of Service are the binding version.
- Illegal content and activity. Anything unlawful, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual content of any kind, is prohibited and may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
- Scams and money requests. Asking for money, gift cards, crypto or external payments — including through emergency or hardship stories — is fraud here, full stop. Every legitimate cost on the platform is paid inside the product, with the price shown first; nobody genuine will ask you to pay them directly.
- Recording or sharing others without permission. You may not record, screenshot or re-share another person's content without their clear consent — and threatening to distribute private content is among the most serious violations we act on.
- Impersonation. Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't claim to be JerkmateChat staff. Real staff never ask for your password or a verification code in a chat.
Reporting and How Enforcement Works
If someone breaks these rules: end the chat, block them, and report — all three take seconds. The safety page explains how to report on cam chat step by step, including when a simple Next is enough and when a report matters.
Reports are reviewed with the available context. Depending on what the review finds, the response ranges from a warning to permanent removal, and serious cases may be referred onward. Being straight about the limits: no platform catches everything, and we won't pretend otherwise — reports are a large part of how problems surface at all, which is why using the report button genuinely protects the next person. We also don't share what action was taken on someone else's account.
Please report honestly. Knowingly false reports waste the review time that real victims need.

Guidelines aren't here to police a good time — they're what make a good time possible. When everyone knows that pressure, scams and disrespect get acted on, people relax, cameras turn on, and conversations get real faster. How These Guidelines Relate to the Terms
This page is the plain-language version of how to behave. The binding agreement is the Terms of Service, and how data is handled lives in the Privacy Policy. If wording here and in the Terms ever differs, the Terms govern — but in spirit they're the same document: consent first, respect always.

Yes. Private means one-on-one, not rule-free — the same standards apply to every random match and every conversation on the platform.
What happens after I report someone?
The moderation team reviews the report with the available context and acts if a violation is found — from a warning up to permanent removal. We don't promise a specific outcome in advance or share what was done to another account.
Can I record or screenshot a chat?
Not without the other person's clear permission. Recording, capturing or re-sharing someone's content against their will is prohibited and treated as a serious violation.
