JerkmateChat Terms of Service, Minus the Legalese

This is the agreement between you and JerkmateChat. It was written to be read, not admired from a safe distance — if a clause is unclear, ask support before you guess.

1. Accepting These Terms

Using JerkmateChat — browsing the site, starting a match, buying coins — means accepting these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, the honest answer is simple: do not use the service. Where you use JerkmateChat on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

These terms cover the whole product: the marketing pages, the random cam to cam matching, private one-on-one video chat, virtual gifts and coin purchases.

2. Who Can Use JerkmateChat

JerkmateChat is an adults-only service. You must meet the minimum age required by the law where you live, and by using the site you confirm that you do. The age confirmation shown on your first visit is a first step, not a background check — the responsibility for meeting the age requirement sits with you.

Accounts are personal. Do not share access, sell an account, or let a minor use yours. Where we believe an account is used by someone underage, it can be restricted or removed while it is reviewed.

3. What the Service Actually Is

JerkmateChat is a browser-based random cam to cam video chat. You press start, the matching queue pairs you with another person who is online, and the two of you talk one on one. Features evolve. We may add, change or retire parts of the service, and availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted — live video depends on your connection, your device, and other people being online at the same time.

One thing to be clear about: JerkmateChat connects you with other users. It does not verify who they are, endorse what they say, or supervise your conversation in real time.

4. Free Matches, Coins and Virtual Gifts

JerkmateChat is free to start: new users get a daily allowance of free matches — the "Free ×10" badge you see on the start button — so your first conversations cost nothing, with no sign-up to try. When you want to keep going after the day's free matches are used, longer or premium sessions can use coins. Coins and virtual gifts are a licence to use features inside JerkmateChat — they are not currency, not a deposit, not transferable off the platform, and carry no cash value. Sending a gift is a platform interaction, not a transfer of money to another person.

Current prices and inclusions are shown in the product before you pay — that display governs, because figures change and a policy page that froze them would go stale. Refunds follow the terms shown at purchase and applicable law, and chargebacks raised without contacting support first may lead to account restriction.

5. Acceptable Use

The full conduct rules are the Community Guidelines, and they are part of these terms. In summary, do not:

• Harass, threaten, or pressure anyone
• Continue contact after being asked to stop
• Record or redistribute another person's camera without their consent
• Publish anyone's private information
• Request money, gift cards, crypto or external payments from users
• Ask for passwords, verification codes or payment details
• Impersonate another person or JerkmateChat staff
• Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service
• Attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use JerkmateChat where doing so breaks the law that applies to you

6. Your Camera and Your Content

You keep ownership of what you create. By showing content on JerkmateChat you grant us the licence needed to transmit and display it so the service can run — nothing more.

Whatever appears on your camera can be seen by the person you are matched with, and can be captured by them with a screenshot, a screen recorder, or a second phone — none of which any platform can prevent. 7. Reports, Enforcement and Bans

Every chat carries report and block controls. Blocking stops that person from reaching you again; reporting sends context to the moderation team for review — reports are not delivered to the other user as a message from you. Quick answers about the controls live in the help centre.

Breaking these terms or the Community Guidelines can lead to a warning, feature limits, suspension, or a permanent ban, depending on what a review finds. Serious cases may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Unused coins are generally not refunded where an account is removed for a violation.

8. Third-Party Services

JerkmateChat relies on third parties for things like payment processing, analytics and hosting, and may link to sites we do not operate. Their terms and privacy practices are their own — a link is not an endorsement.

9. Intellectual Property

The JerkmateChat name, brand, design and the software behind it belong to JerkmateChat and its licensors. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service — not to copy it, resell it, or build a derivative of it.

10. Privacy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have are set out in the Privacy Policy; cookies and browser storage are covered in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of this agreement.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

JerkmateChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular kind of person will be online when you are.

We do not vouch for the identity, conduct or intentions of other users. Meeting strangers online carries risk that no platform removes — the habits that reduce it are collected on the safety page, and reading it is worth your time.

To the maximum extent the law allows, JerkmateChat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for the conduct of other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms change as the product does. Continued use after an update means accepting the updated terms; where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to make it visible.
