Contact JerkmateChat

Something not working, a question about coins, or a safety issue that needs a human? You're in the right place — one address handles it all.

Support address: support[at]jerkmatechat.com
Written with [at] instead of the @ symbol to keep address-harvesting bots away — please retype it as a normal @ when you email us.

Before You Email: The Faster Paths

The three most common reasons people write in are already solved quicker somewhere else, so try these first:

  • Camera or microphone trouble — almost always a browser permission, and the Help Center fixes it in about two minutes: lock icon beside the address bar, allow, reload.
  • Someone behaved badly in a chat — use the report control inside the chat, not email. It reaches the moderation team with the session context attached; the safety page shows exactly how reporting works.
  • Unsure how matching or free matches work — the how it works page covers the daily free allowance, coins and permissions in plain language.

Technical Problems That Won't Go Away

If a problem survives the troubleshooting steps — matching never starts, video freezes on every connection, the site misbehaves after a browser update — email us. Include these and you'll usually skip a round of follow-up questions:

  1. What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  2. The approximate date and time
  3. Your device and browser (for example, iPhone / Safari, or Windows / Chrome)
  4. A screenshot or the exact error text, if you have one

If a free match was deducted because a connection failed on our side, mention the approximate time and any error you saw — support can review what happened, though no specific outcome is promised in advance.

Coins and Billing Questions

For a purchase that didn't land or a coin action you want explained, send the approximate transaction time and the receipt from your payment provider. To keep expectations honest: JerkmateChat is free to start with daily free matches, and longer or premium sessions can use coins — the product always shows prices before you confirm, so quote what you saw on screen when you write in.

Never send your password, a one-time login code, or your full payment card number — not to support, and not to anyone claiming to be support. JerkmateChat staff will never ask for them; that request is itself the impersonation pattern described on the safety page.

Safety Follow-Ups and Privacy Requests

In-chat reporting is the right first move because it carries the conversation context with it. Email support when a report needs extra evidence, when an issue continues after you've reported it, or when the situation doesn't fit any report reason. For privacy matters — access to your data, a correction, a deletion — write from the address on your account so we can verify it's really you; what is collected is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Support is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, a credible threat or a crime in progress, contact your local emergency or law-enforcement service first. A platform report can follow once you are safe.

Response Time Expectations

We read everything, and we reply as fast as the queue allows — busier periods simply take longer. What genuinely speeds things up is a complete first message (details above), not sending the same email twice. If your issue is urgent in the "someone is breaking the rules right now" sense, the in-chat report and block buttons are always the fastest tools you have.

Business and Partnership Enquiries

Business, press and partnership enquiries go to the same address — put the topic in the subject line so it routes to the right person. Unsolicited marketing proposals aren't guaranteed a reply.

Contact FAQ

What is the JerkmateChat support email?

The support address shown on this page — written with [at] instead of @ to keep harvesting bots away. It covers technical problems, coin questions, safety follow-ups and privacy requests alike; say which one it is in the subject line.

How fast does support reply?

Reply times vary with how busy the queue is. Sending the key details in your first message — what happened, when, your device and browser — usually avoids a round trip and gets you an answer sooner.

Should I email to report a user?

No — use the report control inside the chat instead. It reaches the moderation team with the session context attached, which a plain email does not have. The Safety page walks through the steps.

Will support ever ask for my password?

Never. JerkmateChat staff do not need your password, full card number or one-time codes — anyone asking for those is not from us, whatever the message looks like.

Sorted? Back to the Fun Part

Once your question is handled, the next conversation is one click away — and if you're new here, your first match is free. A cam to cam chat with someone new is a much better use of the evening than troubleshooting.
