The technical and usage data that comes with running any web product: device and browser type, general location inferred from network information, IP address, pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic data when something errors.

3. Camera and Microphone

When you are in a cam to cam chat, your live video and audio are relayed in real time to the person you are matched with, for the duration of that conversation, and are not recorded by us. Your browser asks for camera and microphone permission before anything starts — granting it is your choice, and you can revoke it in your browser settings at any time.

The honest limit: we control our side of the connection. The person you are talking to can still capture whatever you show them, and no policy changes that. It is why the guidance on the safety page is to share gradually — a rule about your own judgment, not a technical control we can offer.

In a match, the other person sees your camera and hears your microphone — that is the product working as intended. Anything visible or audible on the call can be captured by them. 7. Who We Share With

Information may be shared with:

• Service providers operating parts of the product — hosting, payment processing, analytics — under their own obligations

• Authorities, where required by law or where necessary to address illegal activity or a risk to someone's safety
• A successor, if the business or its assets change hands

Reports you submit go to the moderation team for review; they are not shown to the reported user as a message from you.

8. How Long Data Is Kept

Data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above — including safety, fraud and billing records where an obligation or a dispute requires it.
